Thomas “Tom” Bennerotte is the owner and founding partner of Bennerotte & Associates, P.A. Tom has worked in the personal injury field his entire career. He began his career as a claims adjuster. He went on to work as a law clerk and associate attorney for the law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, before opening his own law practice.

Tom was born and raised in southern Minnesota. For undergraduate studies, Tom attended The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with Honors. He attended William Mitchell College of Law and graduated Cum Laude. Tom worked full-time as a law clerk while attending law school. Currently, he is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Tom has helped thousands of people in Minnesota, and across the United States, with injuries arising from medical malpractice and car accidents. Almost all the firm’s new cases are referred directly from other practicing attorneys, doctors, friends or past clients, which speaks to the type of lawyer Tom is and about the reputation of the firm.

Tom is a frequent lecturer throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin on Minnesota No-Fault Law, Chiropractic Record Keeping and many other topics. Tom lives with his wife and three daughters in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys musky fishing, hunting and all outdoor activities.
