Mr. Canche represents a diverse array of clients located throughout the United States and devotes the majority of his practice to litigation matters. He has successfully settled hundreds and tried dozens of cases in state,federal, administrative, and arbitration courts throughout the United States. Mr. Canche received his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Economics from Baylor University, where he graduated with honors, was on the Dean’s List every semester, was awarded the Outstanding Male Graduate in the Baylor School of Economics, was a Baylor Cresson Scholar, a National Merit Scholar, Phi Kappa Phi, and received dozens of awards for his academic excellence.

Mr. Canche received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, was an Academic Merit Scholar and received several other awards for his academic excellence. While in law school, heclerked for the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He also clerked at some of Texas’s most prestigious law firms.

Since his law school graduation, Mr. Canche has worked at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms,where he has represented Plaintiffs in large personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, product liability, and employment litigation cases and has represented some of the largest companies in the world and their insurers in defending against such cases. His practice areas consist of personal injury, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, employment ligation, intellectual property litigation, construction litigation, business litigation, and securities litigation. He is licensed in both Texas and New York state courts, all Texas federal district courts, and is licensed in the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Federal Circuit Courts, the District of Columbia Circuit Court, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Canche excels at analyzing complex disputes and cases, all with an instinct to achieve the greatest amount of damages for his clients. He always maintains a focus and goal of trying cases in front of a jury. He has for several years been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers: Rising Star, which is awarded to the Top 2.5% of lawyers under 40 years of age. He was one of the youngest lawyers ever to be awarded the distinction in Texas. Mr. Canche was also awarded as one of The Top 10 Lawyers in Texas in 2015 under the age of 40. He is a Texas Super Lawyer. He is AV Preeminent Rated (5.0 out of 5.0) by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been awarded by the National TrialLawyers’ Association as a Top 40 under 40, meaning he is one of the Top 40 Lawyers under the age of 40 in the U.S. for 2015. He was also recently awarded as a Top 10 Attorney in the Country under the age of 40 by theNational Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

When not practicing, Mr. Canche serves on various boards for several local, Texas-based, and National charitable organizations, is an avid athlete, and a competitive bodybuilder.
